1. General Terms & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and bobajee ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the bobajee website, its games, sportsbook, promotions, and all related services accessible at bobajee.net.

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any feature of the bobajee platform in any capacity, you confirm that:

• You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.
• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You are accessing the platform voluntarily and for personal entertainment purposes only.
• You are not acting on behalf of any other person, company, or organisation.
• You are not registered as a problem gambler with any self-exclusion programme or gambling harm service.
• You understand and accept that gambling involves financial risk and that losses are possible.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the bobajee platform. bobajee reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. These Terms are written in English and the English-language version shall be the authoritative version for all purposes including dispute resolution. Any translations provided for reference purposes do not override the English text.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to bobajee is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. This requirement is non-negotiable and will be enforced through identity verification at any point during your account lifecycle.
• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to you.
• Single account: You may hold only one registered account on bobajee. Operating multiple accounts, whether in your name or through proxies, is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.
• Not an employee: You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of a bobajee employee in a role that could create a conflict of interest.

Age Verification

bobajee reserves the right to request age and identity verification documents from any registered player at any point. Verification documents may include a national identity card (NID), passport, or other government-issued identification. Until verification is complete, bobajee may restrict withdrawals, bonuses, or full account access.

Any account found to be registered by or accessible to a person under the age of 18 will be immediately and permanently suspended. All deposits associated with such an account will be refunded to their originating payment method where technically possible; any winnings accrued will be forfeited in full.

Geographic Eligibility

bobajee is operated as a platform built specifically for the Bangladesh market. 3. Account Registration & Security

To access the full range of bobajee services — including deposits, betting, and withdrawals — you must register a player account. Registration is free and requires a valid Bangladeshi mobile number and email address.

Registration Requirements

• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. Providing false information — including a false date of birth — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension.
• Your registered name must match the name on the payment methods you intend to use for deposits and withdrawals. Payments from third-party accounts are not permitted.
• Only one account is permitted per person, household, device, IP address, or payment method. bobajee uses automated detection to identify duplicate accounts.
• You must notify bobajee promptly at [email protected] if any of your registered details change.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bobajee login credentials. bobajee strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP, which is available in account security settings after the bobajee Login process is complete.

You must not share your username or password with any other person. bobajee will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account arising from your failure to keep credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact [email protected] immediately and change your password without delay.

bobajee will never ask for your full password via email, live chat, or telephone. Any communication purporting to be from bobajee that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team.

KYC Verification

Before processing your first withdrawal, bobajee will conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. This process confirms your identity, age, and the ownership of your registered payment methods. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by bobajee may result in withdrawal delay or account restriction. All KYC documents are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All transactions on bobajee are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). bobajee does not charge fees on deposits made via supported Mobile Financial Services (MFS) channels. Standard processing times and any applicable fees imposed by your payment provider remain your responsibility.

Supported Deposit Methods

• Mobile Financial Services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay — instant processing, minimum deposit ৳100 per transaction.
• Bank Cards: Visa and Mastercard issued by supported Bangladeshi banks — processing time 15–30 minutes.

Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete. bobajee processes the majority of bKash and Nagad withdrawal requests within 2–6 hours during business hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days.

bobajee reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal request. This is a standard security measure to protect players against fraud and identity theft. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.

Prohibited Transactions

• Deposits from accounts not registered in your own name are strictly prohibited.
• Deposits made for any purpose other than genuine gaming activity (e.g., money laundering, currency conversion) are prohibited and will be reported to the relevant authorities.
• Charge-backs without prior notification to bobajee are a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension and recovery of any outstanding balance.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses are subject to their specific terms and wagering requirements, which are published alongside each offer. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless otherwise stated in the individual offer terms:

• Bonuses are available to registered players aged 18 and above who have completed account verification.
• Each bonus offer may be claimed only once per player, household, device, or IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., 20x means a ৳1,000 bonus requires ৳20,000 in qualifying wagers before withdrawal).
• Games contribute differently to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino games and certain table games may contribute a lower percentage. The contribution rates for each game type are published in the individual bonus terms.

BPL & Cricket Seasonal Promotions

During major cricket events — including the Bangladesh Premier League (BPL), T20 World Cup, IPL, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures — bobajee may run enhanced odds promotions, free bet offers, and sportsbook-specific bonuses. These are subject to their own terms and are available for a limited period corresponding to the tournament schedule. Enhanced odds bonuses on cricket markets are valid only for the specific matches stated in the offer.

Responsible Use of Bonuses

Bonuses are intended to extend your gaming entertainment. bobajee encourages all players to set deposit and wagering limits before claiming a bonus, particularly when wagering requirements apply. 6. Game Rules & Fair Play

Prohibited Conduct

• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated tools to place bets or interact with games is strictly forbidden.
• Exploiting software errors, game glitches, or pricing mistakes to gain an unfair advantage will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any winnings obtained through such means.
• Collusion between players, match-fixing involvement, or any other form of cheating is a criminal matter and will be reported to the relevant authorities.
• Placing bets for the sole purpose of satisfying wagering requirements without genuine gaming intent ("bonus abuse") is prohibited.

7. Responsible Gaming Obligations

8. Account Suspension & Closure

Closure by Player

You may close your bobajee account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon closure request, any verified balance remaining in your account will be returned to your registered withdrawal method within the standard processing timeframe, provided all wagering requirements on any active bonus have been met or the bonus has been forfeited.

Suspension or Closure by bobajee

bobajee reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or fraudulent registration information.
• Confirmation or strong suspicion that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
• Evidence of multi-accounting, bonus abuse, or collusion with other players.
• Use of prohibited software or automation tools.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Involvement in or proximity to match-fixing, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• Charge-backs issued against bobajee without prior dispute resolution attempt.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months (dormant account policy applies).

Dormant Accounts

An account is classified as dormant after 12 consecutive months of inactivity (no login, deposit, or betting activity). bobajee will notify registered players via email before applying dormant account administration fees of ৳100 per month. To reactivate a dormant account, simply complete the bobajee Login process. Any remaining balance after administration fees reach zero will be forfeited. Players may request full account closure and balance return before the dormant period begins.

Effect of Closure

Upon account closure — whether initiated by the player or by bobajee — all pending bets will be settled according to standard rules and the resulting balance processed accordingly. Promotional balances and unmet wagering requirements are voided upon closure. These Terms, including any dispute resolution provisions, survive account closure and remain binding with respect to any matter arising prior to closure.
